The audience was convinced that Harrie Van Havent's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aleksander Gullesson was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Allan Larsfelt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Michael Neels, 1-0. The corner ended in Damazy Turok almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but INIXET BK's Aleksander Gullesson did a great save. In the 21st minute, Harrie Van Havent made a precise shot to the right of Aleksander Gullesson. INIXET BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harrie Van Havent in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksander Gullesson saved INIXET BK from getting behind. In the 26th minute of the match Purple Talents got a corner. INIXET BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damazy Turok ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, Purple Talents's Michael Neels got control of the ball when Allan Larsfelt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonatan Hård's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Michael Neels read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Richy Van Boeckost blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aleksander Gullesson having to make a save. Michael Neels made an important save on a dangerous shot by Allan Larsfelt in the 38th minute. In the 45th minute, Antoine Cromefeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Purple Talents's Michael Neels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Karlsson in the 48th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Larsfelt made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Antoine Cromefeldt dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aleksander Gullesson, 1-3. INIXET BK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Harrie Van Havent 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-6. Harrie Van Havent could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Aleksander Gullesson made a huge save. After 94 played minutes Purple Talents got a freekick which was hit by Richy Van Boeckost. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludwig Van Castel during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Purple Talents getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ludwig Van Castel hit a great ball. The Purple Talents supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Purple Talents would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
