Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olaf Pawlak started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Roberto Rivelino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Cuber saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Borowa Rzeszów booed when Lemel SV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanni van Bronckhorst didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raymond Bos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Grzegorz Wachna. Roberto Rivelino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Igor Cuber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Lemel SV's zone, Olaf Pawlak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymond Bos came out of the goal and Olaf Pawlak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th minute, Jan Glembin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grzegorz Wachna kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 18th match minute, Lemel SV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Vrieze to maneuver through the defense. Lemel SV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Sterenberg in the 24th minute. The corner ended in Marcus Tuhuteru almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Borowa Rzeszów's Igor Cuber did a great save. Jelte Erenstein recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Iwan Czerwinski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borowa Rzeszów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lemel SV the free kick. Igor Cuber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Rivelino in the 28th minute of the match. Roberto Rivelino scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Cuber, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Roberto Rivelino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lemel SV's supporters rose to their feet, but Roberto Rivelino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Cuber breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the game, Jan Glembin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borowa Rzeszów's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lemel SV the free kick. Jan Glembin hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Lemel SV's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jan Sterenberg in the 42nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Jan Sterenberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Igor Cuber quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After the first half Lemel SV were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roberto Rivelino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Borowa Rzeszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Glembin to maneuver through the defense. Borowa Rzeszów's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Roberto Rivelino scored to the left of an out of position Igor Cuber, making the score, 0-2. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Borowa Rzeszów's goalkeeper Igor Cuber, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Iwan Czerwinski hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Igor Cuber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Rivelino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Borowa Rzeszów defense, Roberto Rivelino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Cuber. The Borowa Rzeszów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Cuber should have stopped the shot. Roberto Rivelino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Igor Cuber having to make a save. 77 minutes into the match, Borowa Rzeszów's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Rivelino came free, but Igor Cuber reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olaf Pawlak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, Borowa Rzeszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Glembin to maneuver through the defense. Raymond Bos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Pawlak, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute Borowa Rzeszów were awarded a corner. Grzegorz Wachna went to the cornerflag to take it. Grzegorz Wachna made a great header on Borowa Rzeszów's corner, it was just that Lemel SV's Raymond Bos managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 86th minute Olaf Pawlak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raymond Bos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 88 minutes, Roberto Rivelino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lemel SV's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Rivelino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Roberto Rivelino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Igor Cuber was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. 92 minutes into the match, Borowa Rzeszów's goalkeeper Igor Cuber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Rivelino. Iwan Czerwinski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Roberto Rivelino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Lemel SV players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
