Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Túlio Geniatulin started the match with the kick off. When Luisito Garaile came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the Vaqueteros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisito Garaile couldn't finish the play. Natã Sena scored 0-1 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Botello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agostinho Cabral in the 11th minute of play forced Vaqueteros FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Botello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mauricio Botello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natã Sena in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Túlio Geniatulin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ibirama Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ibirama Futebol Clube's Oséias Severo got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mauricio Botello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natã Sena in the 20th minute of the match. Dênis Coutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Eugenio Cugat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Cayetano Cordero came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Vaqueteros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cayetano Cordero couldn't finish the play. Cayetano Cordero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Dolcet having to interfere. Alvaro Ted sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Mauricio Botello stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oséias Severo's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After 56 played minutes Ibirama Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Faustão Alagoano. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvaro Ted during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Túlio Geniatulin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Mauricio Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Froilan Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Cordero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Ibirama Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Cordero came free, but Froilan Dolcet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Túlio Geniatulin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 71 minutes into the match, Vaqueteros FC's goalkeeper Mauricio Botello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Túlio Geniatulin. Túlio Geniatulin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Mauricio Botello made a huge save. With his leg Mauricio Botello managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Ibirama Futebol Clube's Túlio Geniatulin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Melchor Asier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Ibirama Futebol Clube's Oséias Severo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mauricio Botello. That made the score 1-4 after 81 minutes of play. Túlio Geniatulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Botello having to interfere. The supporters of Ibirama Futebol Clube booed when Vaqueteros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Túlio Geniatulin scored 1-5 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mauricio Botello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded Ibirama Futebol Clube left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vaqueteros FC.
