A throw-in in the 39th minute of the game was made by Benjamin Pudes with Alfredo Montrell as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. If Dionisio Gorosti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Modesto Weterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dionisio Gorosti in the 73rd minute of play. Dionisio Gorosti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Modesto Weterio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of ᴄʟᴜʙ ᴀᴛʟᴇᴛɪᴄᴏ ᴛᴜᴄᴜᴍᴀɴ booed when LA MAQUINA F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chulavudh Squire didn't get a good kick on the ball.
