Kristian Brodin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Radomir Medarov when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Kristian Brodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Radomir Medarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Zheko Lenev in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Degerfors IF's Mats Ingemarsson. 15 minutes into the match, Degerfors IF's Kristian Brodin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radomir Medarov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 16 played minutes Degerfors IF got a freekick which was hit by Henrik Nordlund. Kristian Brodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radomir Medarov having to interfere. A hard shot 29 in the game by Kristian Brodin from a close distance when the talented Radomir Medarov managed to make a qualified save. Sebastian Sandberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Knights Templar. A collision led to Degerfors IF getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Per Åberg hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Sava Dodov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Sebastian Sandberg made a huge save. Kristian Brodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Radomir Medarov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristian Brodin scored 1-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Radomir Medarov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Degerfors IF's Henrik Nordlund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Acho Gergishanov in the 75 minute of the game. In the 79th match minute, Degerfors IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Brodin to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Sebastian Sandberg managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Knights Templar's Sava Dodov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The throw-in from Acho Gergishanov in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Degerfors IF's Henrik Nordlund. If Dancho Trifonov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96thth minute of the game Kristian Brodin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Knights Templar's Radomir Medarov was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Knights Templar's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
