In the 3rd match minute, Heidemann FC - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anderson Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. João Carlos Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Guillerme in the 4th minute of play. João Carlos Paraíba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristo Guillerme's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. João Carlos Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Santana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Luis Santana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Carlos Paraíba was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Patrick Heidemann succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 13th playminute. With a little luck, Santa Maradona's Tor Rosenlund got control of the ball when Patrick Heidemann tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Patrick Heidemann recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tor Rosenlund. Patrick Heidemann showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Betinho Pires kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Luis Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carlos Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tor Rosenlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Heidemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Heidemann might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tor Rosenlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrick Heidemann ran back to his position shaking his head. Tor Rosenlund made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Patrick Heidemann sent off a good shot on target. Rolando Afonso hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Patrick Heidemann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Patrick Heidemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tor Rosenlund made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Patrick Heidemann sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Santa Maradona's zone, Patrick Heidemann stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tor Rosenlund came out of the goal and Patrick Heidemann tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 40 in the game by Patrick Heidemann from a close distance when the talented Tor Rosenlund managed to make a qualified save. Santa Maradona's players were relieved. When Betinho Pires fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heidemann FC - FSCMZ's protests and gave Betinho Pires a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Heidemann FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Betinho Pires hit a great ball. After 44 minutes, Zeca de Sena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Heidemann FC - FSCMZ and the Santa Maradona players grew even worse after the yellow card. João Carlos Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Guillerme in the 47th minute of the match.

Patrick Heidemann took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tor Rosenlund. Tor Rosenlund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Tor Rosenlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Heidemann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 minutes Santa Maradona's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Betão Xavier who took care of the corner kick. In the 68th minute, Patrick Heidemann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heidemann FC - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 71st minute, Rolando Afonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Avellaneda kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Patrick Heidemann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tor Rosenlund was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Patrick Heidemann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Heidemann FC - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Anderson Pernambucano charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anderson Pernambucano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 90 played minutes Heidemann FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Pernambucano. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Heidemann FC - FSCMZ had won after a very even match.
