Vern Doughty's late challenge caught a LA Lord Perez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vern Doughty helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th match minute, Chuffing Hell United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vern Doughty to maneuver through the defense. Fedele Di Berardino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Tinker in the 32nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Antonio Manzoli in the 33rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Chuffing Hell United's Lennie Wicks. After 35 minutes, Freddy Tinker made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. LA Lord Perez's Fedele Di Berardino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Napoleone got free with Sid Dolby in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Chuffing Hell United getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ethan Houghton hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Chuffing Hell United's Lennie Wicks got a free kick in the 44th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Tinker to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Tinker in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fedele Di Berardino saved LA Lord Perez from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Caleb Philips during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Freddy Tinker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, LA Lord Perez's Daniele Attili got a free kick in the 60th minute. Fedele Di Berardino was a little too slow when Freddy Tinker got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-2. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Freddy Tinker sped through LA Lord Perez's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fedele Di Berardino. The supporters of LA Lord Perez booed when Chuffing Hell United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivan Gill didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franco Pietropaolo, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With 81 minutes on the clock, Lennie Wicks commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Chuffing Hell United getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Lennie Wicks hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute Ennio Capasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sid Dolby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ennio Capasso in the 85th minute of play forced Chuffing Hell United's goalkeeper Sid Dolby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Prisco made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Chuffing Hell United's Freddy Tinker. 88 minutes into the game, Freddy Tinker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chuffing Hell United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LA Lord Perez the free kick. The LA Lord Perez manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Chuffing Hell United to win.
