Arnaldo Mede was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Serdar Ulualp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Rashford, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Osman Ali Adanır hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Serdar Ulualp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Rashford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Roman Etxekopar put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Serdar Ulualp. Tito Pompei might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Serdar Ulualp. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tito Pompei ran back to his position shaking his head. 18 minutes into the match, Tito Pompei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Serdar Ulualp. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tito Pompei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Serdar Ulualp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tito Pompei in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tito Pompei in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Serdar Ulualp saved Nusaybin GençLikSpor from getting behind. If Bülent Turgay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lengua de Lobo's Alan Varela suffered a sore thigh after 37 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 37 minutes, Gökalp Rakim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nusaybin GençLikSpor and the Lengua de Lobo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lengua de Lobo made a substitution. Albano Raebert replaced Alan Varela. After 38 played minutes Nusaybin GençLikSpor got a freekick which was hit by Gökalp Rakim.

If Bülent Turgay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Tito Pompei put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Serdar Ulualp. Tito Pompei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serdar Ulualp having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Lengua de Lobo's goal looked a bit too open when Gökalp Rakim came free, but Arnaldo Mede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Mede came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Gökalp Rakim. But to his dismay, Gökalp Rakim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. After a rather tough play, Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Onurhan Heybetli got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute Tito Pompei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serdar Ulualp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Nusret Heybetli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Cristian Romeri from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Serdar Ulualp's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Rashford got free with Serdar Ulualp in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Nusaybin GençLikSpor getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Nusret Heybetli hit a great ball. Arnaldo Mede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bülent Turgay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tito Pompei in the 82nd minute of play forced Nusaybin GençLikSpor's goalkeeper Serdar Ulualp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Tito Pompei managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lengua de Lobo's supporters rose to their feet, but Tito Pompei was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serdar Ulualp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgil Van Dijck hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Lengua de Lobo's Arnaldo Mede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gökalp Rakim in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lengua de Lobo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bülent Turgay was slow to take the kick. During this time Nusaybin GençLikSpor's players had a chance to rest. In the 92nd match minute, Nusaybin GençLikSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onurhan Heybetli to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lengua de Lobo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
