La Scaloneta's Moussa Queffelec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodd Moran in the 53rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Scaloneta's zone, Carl Devine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moussa Queffelec came out of the goal and Carl Devine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evert Offendahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Brébant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of La Scaloneta booed when Sexolution FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Devine didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Madjid Pauly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Offendahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
