Ernesto Inge blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cor Bosma having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernest Kleinman in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jesus Farias saved Defensores del Tiki Tiki from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Wilfredo Nesto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesus Farias. Defensores del Tiki Tiki's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfredo Nesto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Defensores del Tiki Tiki's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
