Aníbal das Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sabin Ieremia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luiz Guilherme Lopes lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of AC United:s goal. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for AC United. Bernt Carlberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Aníbal das Neves. 0-2. Aníbal das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Carlberg in the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bertil Näver in the 14th minute of play forced AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Aníbal das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When AC United's Bertil Näver, in the 16th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for AC United. Agostinho Maraschin hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Aníbal das Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anders Pettersson went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elof Hedling in the 21st minute of play forced AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Aníbal das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Bernt Carlberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Roger Ekberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Maraschin in the 25th minute of play. Aníbal das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesper Arhenius in the 26th minute of play. Jesper Arhenius took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aníbal das Neves. Aníbal das Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Bernt Carlberg hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Isaltino Maraschin came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Roger Ekberg could save by the left post. Aníbal das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Carlberg in the 33rd minute of play. Sabin Ieremia scored 0-6 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aníbal das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Aníbal das Neves came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by AC United's Anders Pettersson. But to his dismay, Anders Pettersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. 40 minutes into the match, Bernt Carlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aníbal das Neves. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernt Carlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Aníbal das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Näver in the 43rd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-9 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bernt Carlberg to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, AC United's Bertil Näver got a free kick in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the game, AC United's Bertil Näver nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aníbal das Neves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. Aníbal das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernt Carlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roger Ekberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Sabin Ieremia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aníbal das Neves. Sabin Ieremia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. Bernt Carlberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 71st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aníbal das Neves could save by the left post. 78 minutes into the match, AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Pettersson came free, but Aníbal das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aníbal das Neves was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Bernt Carlberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bernt Carlberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-14. A collision led to AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Ulisses Marquez hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, AC United's Sabin Ieremia ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aníbal das Neves. Aníbal das Neves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-15. In the 87th minute Anders Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aníbal das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute, Sabin Ieremia made a precise shot to the right of Aníbal das Neves. AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-16. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind AS Maraschin Calcio CIMZ's goalkeeper Aníbal das Neves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
