After 3 minutes, Zachariasz Polakowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Srebrny Grom DK and the Catugi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Catugi FC booed when Srebrny Grom DK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachariasz Polakowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zachariasz Polakowski came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Catugi FC from getting a goal against them. Reko Nybacka was out of position in the 14 minute of play, and Florian Loncki capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Florian Loncki really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 21st minute, Dudu Borges left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Catugi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Oscar Bastos kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Florian Loncki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Reko Nybacka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agnaldo Brodel to make the kick off. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zachariasz Polakowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Reko Nybacka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Kazanowski in the 64th minute of the match. Catugi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dudu Borges was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miroslaw Setara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Srebrny Grom DK's Zachariasz Polakowski in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catugi FC's goalie prevented a goal. The Srebrny Grom DK manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Catugi FC to win.
