With a little luck, Dorking United FC's Trevor Burns got control of the ball when Ermegildo Frechoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gervasio Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ashley Fowler in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Jefferies in the 15th minute of play forced CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's goalkeeper Gervasio Vargas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gervasio Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ashley Fowler, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Simon Buckler took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gervasio Vargas. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Ashley Fowler heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 39 minutes into the game, Dorking United FC's Vincent Braithwaite nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gervasio Vargas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1.

The wind increased when Ermegildo Frechoso made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Candido Marino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 56 played minutes CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS got a freekick which was hit by Candido Marino. Gervasio Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franz Graydon in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Dorking United FC booed when CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Donzel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gervasio Vargas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franz Graydon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Gervasio Vargas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS from getting a goal against them. CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS's Gervasio Vargas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Braithwaite in the 82nd minute of play. When Archie Vickers fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dorking United FC's protests and gave Archie Vickers a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Dorking United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Archie Vickers to maneuver through the defense. Ermegildo Frechoso's late challenge caught a Dorking United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franz Graydon got free with Gervasio Vargas in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gervasio Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ashley Fowler in the 90th minute of play. Gervasio Vargas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mike Jefferies showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 91 minute of play. The CRONOPIOS Y FAMAS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dorking United FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
