The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jarl Andreasson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nereo Emeterio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jarl Andreasson having to make a save. Isak Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nereo Emeterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Andreasson having to interfere. Jarl Andreasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Ur in the 17th minute of play. When Florencio Rocendo fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Gallo de Moron's protests and gave Florencio Rocendo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, one of El Gallo de Moron:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Gallo de Moron. In the 23rd match minute, Guldsmedshyttan IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf Ek to maneuver through the defense. When Nereo Emeterio came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the El Gallo de Moron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nereo Emeterio couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the match, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Mats Berggren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Teodor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Higinio Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marc Vallin in the 28th minute of play. Higinio Teodor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marc Vallin went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 33 minutes of play, Guldsmedshyttan IK's Michael Boström made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Teodor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nereo Emeterio struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Jarl Andreasson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Gallo de Moron. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nereo Emeterio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jarl Andreasson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Hori's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. El Gallo de Moron's Luisito Ur got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Higinio Teodor was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Marc Vallin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marc Vallin really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 83rd minute Nereo Emeterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jarl Andreasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Gallo de Moron's Higinio Teodor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save El Gallo de Moron from getting a goal against them. Marc Vallin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Higinio Teodor skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nereo Emeterio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jarl Andreasson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Guldsmedshyttan IK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Gallo de Moron.
