After some careless play in the PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ defense, Adrian Nicolae kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thiago Alcântara. The PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thiago Alcântara should have stopped the shot. In the 14th minute, Cătălin Geangu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cătălin Geangu made a kick off. Cătălin Geangu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Thiago Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Black Diamond's Hurko Longo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. With his leg Thiago Alcântara managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when Black Diamond's Cătălin Geangu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Black Diamond getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Hurko Longo hit a great ball. Dudu Fernandes hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Hurko Longo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Thiago Alcântara got control of the ball when Cătălin Geangu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dudu Fernandes was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hurko Longo in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Alcântara saved PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ from getting behind. Thiago Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 莫振轩 in the 85th minute of play. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Cătălin Geangu scored to the left of an out of position Thiago Alcântara, making the score, 0-11. With a little luck, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Thiago Alcântara got control of the ball when Cătălin Geangu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hurko Longo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Thiago Alcântara came out and tried to block the shot, but Hurko Longo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 94th minute.
