Eduardo Bezerra started the match with the kick off. When Rodrigo Melo fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventus EC's protests and gave Rodrigo Melo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Clube Atlético Impávido booed when Juventus EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 10 minutes, Nicolas Pereira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Clube Atlético Impávido and the Juventus EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rafa Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. With 16 minutes on the clock, Nicolas Pereira commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 16th minute, one of Clube Atlético Impávido:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Clube Atlético Impávido. Clube Atlético Impávido:s Guto Couto showed great skill when he stopped Simão Leal:s penalty. In the 18th minute, Simão Leal made a precise shot to the right of Guto Couto. Clube Atlético Impávido's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Dorival Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 24 minutes Clube Atlético Impávido's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Simão Leal who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Juventus EC's Dorival Dionísio got a free kick in the 30th minute. A collision led to Juventus EC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Washington Garcia hit a great ball. Agnaldo da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percy Tavares in the 35th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Melo to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Rodrigo Melo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juventus EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Melo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Guto Couto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute Washington Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guto Couto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guto Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Garcia in the 62nd minute of play. Washington Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Guto Couto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Juventus EC's Simão Leal got a free kick in the 67th minute. Cido de Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Clube Atlético Impávido's Renan Sanches got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Eduardo Bezerra came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Clube Atlético Impávido fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eduardo Bezerra couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the game, Artur França cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Guto Couto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guto Couto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dorival Dionísio in the 90th minute of play. Agostinho da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Juventus EC had played much better football throughout.
