Joachim Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim-André Nybakken, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Full Fart Framåt's Derek Cooke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erik Grøneng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Daustad's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th minute of the match Full Fart Framåt got a corner. Daustad's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kent Svanberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Kent Svanberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erik Grøneng quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 13th minute, Jim-André Nybakken left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Daustad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Joachim Karlsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Hageland in the 21st minute of play. Erik Grøneng came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Full Fart Framåt's Derek Cooke. But to his dismay, Derek Cooke quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Erik Grøneng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maurino Villarprego in the 32nd minute. When Tage Kvammen fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daustad's protests and gave Tage Kvammen a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Full Fart Framåt booed when Daustad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Kvammen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daustad's Erik Grøneng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Daustad from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute, Derek Cooke made a precise shot to the right of Erik Grøneng. Daustad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Derek Cooke could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Erik Grøneng made a huge save. In the 42nd minute, Albert Teige hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Kent Svanberg in the 43rd minute really tested Erik Grøneng's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 45 minutes into the match, Daustad's goalkeeper Erik Grøneng had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurino Villarprego.

In the 56th minute, Niklas Frykberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kent Svanberg hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Daustad's Albert Teige shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Joachim Karlsson but with some difficulty. Erik Grøneng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Svanberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In the 75th match minute, Daustad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Hageland to maneuver through the defense. Erik Grøneng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yan Xabier in the 83rd minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Daustad's goal looked a bit too open when Hannu Salo came free, but Erik Grøneng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes Daustad got a freekick which was hit by Albert Teige. There was no doubt that Full Fart Framåt were the better team. Full Fart Framåt's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
