When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Koit Must took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Göran Ambjörnsson to make any attempt to save it. With an all-out effort, JULM C.F.'s Göran Ambjörnsson threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Koit Must, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to JULM C.F. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Valdek Joa hit a great ball. 18 minutes into the game, Peeter Hovi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Göran Ambjörnsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Koit Must got free with Göran Ambjörnsson in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th minute Per-Åke Eriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rein Püss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Peeter Hovi made a precise shot to the right of Göran Ambjörnsson. Samurai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Koit Must kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Göran Ambjörnsson. That made the score 4-0 in the 32 minute of play. Göran Ambjörnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koit Must in the 41st minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Koit Must to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, JULM C.F.'s Ilmar Hermaste got a free kick in the 59th minute. Tõnis Aug received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Göran Ambjörnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The JULM C.F. fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when JULM C.F.'s Koit Must looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Per-Åke Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Samurai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Per-Åke Eriksson couldn't finish the play. Koit Must struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Göran Ambjörnsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JULM C.F.. Koit Must took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Göran Ambjörnsson. Göran Ambjörnsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Kevin Põldaas's late challenge caught a Samurai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kevin Põldaas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, JULM C.F.'s Kevin Põldaas got a free kick in the 77th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koit Must in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Ambjörnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Koit Must put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Göran Ambjörnsson. Koit Must sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lars Björkdal hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. When Valdek Joa fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JULM C.F.'s protests and gave Valdek Joa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th match minute, JULM C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdek Joa to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that JULM C.F. were the better team. JULM C.F.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
