Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igor Cilio in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl Biörling prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Oxel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The supporters of Atlético Montserrat booed when Malmö Torpedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Vennerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute, Igor Cilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl Biörling was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 39 minutes into the match, Malmö Torpedos's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Oxel came free, but Karl Biörling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Vedillo in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karl Biörling, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 47 minutes into the match, Joaquin Oxel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karl Biörling, 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Cilio made a kick off. Mikael Löfskog charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Igor Cilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Biörling having to interfere. Karl Biörling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Vedillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Atlético Montserrat were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Malmö Torpedos for a fine match.
