Lupere FC's Cláudio Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Oyarzabal in the 11th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Lupere FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulín Lapierre came free, but Cláudio Motta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, CDU Católica's Sebastián Arcangel got control of the ball when Ismael Furlan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Emmanuel Ferreiro fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CDU Católica's protests and gave Emmanuel Ferreiro a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Luz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Victor Luz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CDU Católica's Sebastián Arcangel did a great save. Lupere FC's Cláudio Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Matildo Santelices in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st minute of the match, Jonathan Oyarzabal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cláudio Motta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sebastián Arcangel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Breckenfeld in the 93rd minute of play.
