The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sebastião Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. FK Košíře Praha's Martin Štrunc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Velasco in the 10th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Afonsinho Tasso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Martin Štrunc, 1-0. Jaromír Fadrný charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaromír Fadrný the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Rezende FC booed when FK Košíře Praha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaromír Fadrný didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Bernardinho Cardoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Štrunc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Cardoso in the 25th minute of play forced FK Košíře Praha's goalkeeper Martin Štrunc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Afonsinho Tasso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Štrunc was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Josué Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rezende FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Josué Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Štrunc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonsinho Tasso in the 38th minute of play forced FK Košíře Praha's goalkeeper Martin Štrunc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Košíře Praha's Martin Štrunc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Paulo Velasco in the 40th minute of play. Martin Štrunc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardinho Cardoso in the 41st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Rezende FC's Martin Štrunc threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardinho Cardoso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Martin Štrunc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Paulo Velasco in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernardinho Cardoso made a kick off. Oleg Mondek kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. When Bernardinho Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Rezende FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardinho Cardoso couldn't finish the play. Radim Knoflíček got a throw-in 54 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rudolf Fric. Rezende FC's Lauro Vander was substituted for Manoel Montenegro. After 64 minutes of play, Rezende FC's Afonsinho Tasso made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Štrunc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rudolf Fric hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Lukáš Škoda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernardinho Cardoso in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martin Štrunc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Martin Štrunc stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardinho Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Oleg Mondek hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute Luiz Paulo Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Štrunc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Afonsinho Tasso fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rezende FC's protests and gave Afonsinho Tasso a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FK Košíře Praha booed when Rezende FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonsinho Tasso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Štrunc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonsinho Tasso in the 89th minute of play. Lukáš Škoda struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Adalberto Paranaense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Košíře Praha.
