Spectators: 167 (Terracing: 126, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ercan Şerif took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dorel Pipirig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yağızalp Akhan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ercan Şerif in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iacob Biriș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. North Port UTD's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ahmet Vefik Gazel in the 7th minute. The corner led North Port UTD's Ahmet Vefik Gazel to fire away a dangerous shot which Iacob Biriș despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 8 minutes of play, North Port UTD's Ercan Şerif made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iacob Biriș was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorel Pipirig could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Yağızalp Akhan made a huge save. Yağızalp Akhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorel Pipirig, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Horaţiu Encuțescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kamilhan Oktan hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. With a little luck, North Port UTD's Yağızalp Akhan got control of the ball when Dorel Pipirig tried to sneak it across the goal line. Yağızalp Akhan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Salvatore Schillaci showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. Iacob Biriș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Vefik Gazel in the 35th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

North Port UTD's Yağızalp Akhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Pipirig in the 53rd minute of play. Yağızalp Akhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Salvatore Schillaci in the 57th minute of play. Yağızalp Akhan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorel Pipirig went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Kamilhan Oktan hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Carpathians were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after North Port UTD's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mugurel Lupșe took the corner. In the 69th minute, Dorel Pipirig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağızalp Akhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Carpathians's Urs Nebunu was substituted for Dorinel Munteanu. In the 74th minute, Salvatore Schillaci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağızalp Akhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Vali Postolache's late challenge caught a North Port UTD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vali Postolache helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Vali Postolache. In the 79th minute of the match North Port UTD got a corner. Carpathians's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ahmet Vefik Gazel ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ahmet Vefik Gazel made a great header on North Port UTD's corner, it was just that Carpathians's Iacob Biriș managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, North Port UTD's Kamilhan Oktan got a free kick in the 80th minute. Carpathians made a substitution. Anton Beton replaced Horaţiu Encuțescu. In the 81st match minute, North Port UTD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamilhan Oktan to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Salvatore Schillaci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yağızalp Akhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. Carpathians's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
