An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Söderquist in the 8th minute of play forced AFC Richmond's goalkeeper Hubert Sharp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute BENA FK were awarded a corner. Håkan Eklund went to the cornerflag to take it. After 11 minutes AFC Richmond's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Håkan Eklund who took care of the corner kick. In the 12th minute, Lupe Titus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lupe Titus during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 16 played minutes AFC Richmond got a freekick which was hit by Lupe Titus. In the 19th minute, Ludvig Söderquist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hubert Sharp was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 21 minutes into the match, Lupe Titus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 王梁振. BENA FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lupe Titus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Brett Hull had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the match, BENA FK's goalkeeper 王梁振 had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lupe Titus. Hubert Sharp didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludvig Söderquist went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 34 played minutes BENA FK got a freekick which was hit by Hans Lustig. BENA FK's Ludvig Söderquist got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When BENA FK's Ludvig Söderquist in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC Richmond's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in AFC Richmond's zone, Joacim Strömbom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hubert Sharp came out of the goal and Joacim Strömbom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The wind increased when Lupe Titus made the kick off in the second half. Joacim Strömbom came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hubert Sharp could save by the left post. If Brett Hull had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Söderquist in the 62nd minute of play forced AFC Richmond's goalkeeper Hubert Sharp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joacim Strömbom came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hubert Sharp could save by the left post. Aron Lockhart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. 王梁振 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to AFC Richmond getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Thanos Psarros hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in BENA FK's zone, Brett Hull stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 王梁振 came out of the goal and Brett Hull tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joacim Strömbom got free with Hubert Sharp in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Brett Hull received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. 王梁振 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
