With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hervé Malaise in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cayetano Tono saved Fashions del Averno from getting behind. In a very dangerous position, a player in Fashions del Averno fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Les Pionniers de Touraine. Edmond Heyer stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cayetano Tono. 0-2. Fashions del Averno's Cayetano Tono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moussa Blanquart in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hervé Malaise stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fashions del Averno's Cayetano Tono proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Fashions del Averno from getting a goal against them. In the 77th match minute, Les Pionniers de Touraine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jolan Baudrand to maneuver through the defense. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Moussa Blanquart got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hervé Malaise blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cayetano Tono having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mourad Floury got free with Cayetano Tono in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the game, Moussa Blanquart recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cayetano Tono. Moussa Blanquart showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. Les Pionniers de Touraine's Hervé Malaise got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Les Pionniers de Touraine left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fashions del Averno.
