The audience was convinced that Rien Eringa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eliseu Melo was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Inter de São Paulo's Eliseu Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Co Fuchs in the 16th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, De Digitale Dribbelaars's goalkeeper Allard Borgman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Léo Simão. Eliseu Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Co Fuchs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Inter de São Paulo's zone, Co Fuchs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu Melo came out of the goal and Co Fuchs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Abraham Zandberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mathias Brasil during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Inter de São Paulo got a freekick which was hit by Mathias Brasil. Co Fuchs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gido Saelman took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseu Melo. Eliseu Melo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Allard Borgman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charles Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Eliseu Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Co Fuchs in the 47th minute of the match. The Inter de São Paulo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. De Digitale Dribbelaars were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luizinho Guimarães to make the kick off. Gido Saelman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of De Digitale Dribbelaars booed when Inter de São Paulo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 60th minute, Co Fuchs left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Digitale Dribbelaars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Eliseu Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Zandberg in the 63rd minute of play. Eliseu Melo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Co Fuchs in the 64th minute. A collision led to Inter de São Paulo getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Léo Simão hit a great ball. Abraham Zandberg was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 85 minutes into the match, Co Fuchs notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Inter de São Paulo's Eliseu Melo. Eliseu Melo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Co Fuchs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eliseu Melo made a huge save. Eliseu Melo made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Co Fuchs sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as De Digitale Dribbelaars's Rien Eringa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliseu Melo. That made the score 0-8 after 95 minutes of play. The Inter de São Paulo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. De Digitale Dribbelaars were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
