The supporters of De Digitale Dribbelaars booed when Pajala Sunrise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gnýr Gnaust didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johannes Fernkvist hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. After 12 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Gido Saelman. The throw-in from Zenonas Lopeta in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pajala Sunrise's David Lindman. The crowd rose to their feet as Gýmir Gryc kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Allard Borgman. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Gýmir Gryc kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Daniel Hök made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rien Eringa in the 23rd minute of play. In the 29th minute Abraham Zandberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Hök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rien Eringa, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Daniel Hök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Co Fuchs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Johannes Fernkvist made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, De Digitale Dribbelaars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenonas Lopeta to maneuver through the defense. Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Pajala Sunrise from getting a goal against them. 60 minutes into the game, Paul Wenerdahl was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pajala Sunrise's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Digitale Dribbelaars the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Pajala Sunrise was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul Wenerdahl to maneuver through the defense. Pajala Sunrise's Per-Arne Svartengren was substituted for Ingvar Lindqvist. Pajala Sunrise made a substitution. Börje Axelsson replaced Paul Wenerdahl. Roger Heggert replaced Gýmir Gryc. In the 75th minute of the match De Digitale Dribbelaars got a corner. Pajala Sunrise's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zenonas Lopeta ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zenonas Lopeta made a great header on De Digitale Dribbelaars's corner, it was just that Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johannes Fernkvist in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Allard Borgman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pajala Sunrise's Daniel Hök proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Pajala Sunrise from getting a goal against them. Daniel Hök made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rien Eringa in the 81st minute of play. When Niaz Njoom was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 89 minutes had been played. After 91 played minutes De Digitale Dribbelaars got a freekick which was hit by Domenik Hoffhuis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johannes Fernkvist in the 92nd minute of play forced De Digitale Dribbelaars's goalkeeper Allard Borgman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute Rien Eringa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Pajala Sunrise were victorious despite being under pressure from De Digitale Dribbelaars for much of the match.
