In the 15thth minute of the game Maurice Vissenakens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villa Gordiani's Jeremy Himschoot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Maurice Vissenakens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeremy Himschoot was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Jeremy Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maurice Vissenakens in the 20th minute of the match. If Natã de Salles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Natã de Salles stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bacardi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natã de Salles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurice Vissenakens in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeremy Himschoot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the last second Jeremy Himschoot throw himself and got hold of the ball when Maurice Vissenakens in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maurice Vissenakens in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremy Himschoot saved Villa Gordiani from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonas Decorte got free with Jeremy Himschoot in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bacardi FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
