An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Nel in the 20th minute of play forced LiverBird Flyers FC's goalkeeper Alam Wah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Asiz Leng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dario Senio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dario Senio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asiz Leng in the 40th minute of play. In the 41st minute LiverBird Flyers FC were awarded a corner. Danial Tian went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jimeno Nel in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alam Wah prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Platense es de Primera!!'s Aristides Martinez was substituted for Igor Balendin. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Platense es de Primera!! were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
