In the 15th play minute Flávio Reis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Linus Mellbad. 1-0. 25 minutes into the match, Vallbyn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Arósio came free, but Linus Mellbad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sipo EC booed when Vallbyn FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Tomasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Matthias Örtendahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 29 minutes into the match, Vallbyn FC's goalkeeper Linus Mellbad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Hidegkúti. In the 33rd play minute Flávio Reis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Linus Mellbad. 3-0. 37 minutes into the game, Sipo EC's Albert Hidegkúti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Linus Mellbad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Vallbyn FC's Linus Mellbad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdir Arósio in the 40th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flávio Reis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Albert Hidegkúti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Hök in the 53rd minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute Valdir Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Mellbad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Vallbyn FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Kent Tomasson hit a great ball. In the 63rd match minute, Vallbyn FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Åkesson to maneuver through the defense. After 66 minutes of play, Sipo EC's Valdir Arósio made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Linus Mellbad was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Valdir Arósio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Albert Hidegkúti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sipo EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 80th minute Valdir Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Linus Mellbad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flávio Reis scored 7-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Linus Mellbad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 85 minutes into the game, Albert Hidegkúti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Linus Mellbad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Linus Mellbad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albert Hidegkúti went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flávio Reis in the 96th minute of play forced Vallbyn FC's goalkeeper Linus Mellbad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sipo EC had played much better football throughout.
