Aris Salonicco FC were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Azzurri FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Enrico Colle took the corner. In the 12th match minute, Azzurri FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Casgrain to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute Federico Cardano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristofer Prater saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Federico Cardano notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Azzurri FC's Kristofer Prater. Kristofer Prater was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Azzurri FC defense, Federico Cardano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristofer Prater. The Azzurri FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristofer Prater should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Azzurri FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo De Sisti came free, but Kristofer Prater reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Azzurri FC's Dion Kinney got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute, Dion Kinney hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aris Salonicco FC's Biagio Polo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Aris Salonicco FC from getting a goal against them. 40 minutes into the match, Samuel Casgrain notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Aris Salonicco FC's Biagio Polo. Biagio Polo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 43 minutes into the game, Al Levy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Azzurri FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aris Salonicco FC the free kick. The supporters of Aris Salonicco FC booed when Azzurri FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Al Levy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kristofer Prater showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Cardano, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.
The wind increased when Federico Cardano made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Enrico Colle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristofer Prater stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Cardano's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Federico Cardano put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Kristofer Prater. Kristofer Prater made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Colle in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Federico Cardano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kristofer Prater. The goal made the score 1-6. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Federico Cardano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aris Salonicco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Cardano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristofer Prater breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Biagio Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Demetrius Cho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hiram Compton charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hiram Compton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Hiram Compton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aris Salonicco FC's Biagio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrius Cho in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Enrico Colle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kristofer Prater. Enrico Colle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. 86 minutes into the match, Federico Cardano notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Azzurri FC's Kristofer Prater. Kristofer Prater was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Federico Cardano got free with Kristofer Prater in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Federico Cardano struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Kristofer Prater didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aris Salonicco FC.
