Siro Bela started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Julian Colas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Copérnico F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of Alemannia Aachen booed when Copérnico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baltasar Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Christo Thaumüller successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 14 played minutes Alemannia Aachen got a freekick which was hit by Kaspar Ronge. After 17 minutes, Wilian de Mendonça mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alemannia Aachen and the Copérnico F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Alemannia Aachen's goalkeeper Christo Thaumüller, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christo Thaumüller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siro Bela, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute Copérnico F.C. were awarded a corner. Severiano Cuartio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Severiano Cuartio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Christo Thaumüller quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Christo Thaumüller made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Osorio in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Alemannia Aachen's Christo Thaumüller got control of the ball when Baltasar Osorio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julian Colas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Christo Thaumüller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludwig Unger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gabriel Ostertag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Unger in the 48th minute of play forced Copérnico F.C.'s goalkeeper Herminio Guillelme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Copérnico F.C.'s Herminio Guillelme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Unger in the 52nd minute of play. After 67 minutes, Armando Padro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Copérnico F.C. and the Alemannia Aachen players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Copérnico F.C. getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Armando Padro hit a great ball. 68 minutes into the match, Alemannia Aachen's Gabriel Ostertag sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Herminio Guillelme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gabriel Ostertag struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Herminio Guillelme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alemannia Aachen. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Copérnico F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Alemannia Aachen had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
