The referee showed Osvaldo Chinto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Osvaldo Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Humos del Cairo FC's Cleto Sabin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Klas Åström hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Humos del Cairo FC's Edelmiro Cordario got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cleto Sabin's late challenge caught a Karlsborg's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cleto Sabin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Cleto Sabin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aaron Conrao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Stenman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Joel Classon notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Humos del Cairo FC's Aaron Conrao. Edelmiro Cordario hit a great ball. If Tor Brolin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humos del Cairo FC's Aaron Conrao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Classon in the 90th minute of play. When Lisandro Larra came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Humos del Cairo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Larra couldn't finish the play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
