After 4 played minutes Dinamita on Grass got a freekick which was hit by Denis Revuelta. 10 minutes into the match, Sindre Walle notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dinamita on Grass's Lucas Marcos. Lucas Marcos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute, Mads Hansen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andreas Gulstorff made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Romualdo Ucero sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 25 in the game by Duardo Cano from a close distance when the talented Andreas Gulstorff managed to make a qualified save. FC Nordsjælland's players were relieved. In the 30th minute Dimitar Berbatov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Marcos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimitar Berbatov scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Marcos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Duardo Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute, Luis Calvo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Lucas Marcos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 54th minute. Andreas Schjelderup might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Marcos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andreas Schjelderup ran back to his position shaking his head. Andreas Gulstorff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lesardo Japón in the 64th minute of play. Hernando Zafrilla kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. FC Nordsjælland's Andreas Gulstorff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duardo Cano in the 68th minute of play. Lesardo Japón fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Gulstorff having to interfere. Romualdo Ucero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Gulstorff having to interfere. Andreas Gulstorff made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lesardo Japón in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Sindre Walle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duardo Cano in the 80th minute of play forced FC Nordsjælland's goalkeeper Andreas Gulstorff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes, Duardo Cano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dinamita on Grass and the FC Nordsjælland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Dinamita on Grass was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duardo Cano to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the game, Dimitar Berbatov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lucas Marcos. Dimitar Berbatov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 95th minute, Romualdo Ucero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dinamita on Grass fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3.
