Rüştü Rencber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Harbaszewski in the 7th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Battal Cüneyt Oksu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valar morghulis's supporters rose to their feet, but Battal Cüneyt Oksu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Józef Mlynarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valar morghulis's Rüştü Rencber played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszek Czapski in the 15th minute of play. A collision led to Baboszewo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Maksymilian Kostrzewa hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Battal Cüneyt Oksu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Battal Cüneyt Oksu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Józef Mlynarczyk made a huge save. After having played for 25 minutes, Bernard Lemiesz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baboszewo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernard Lemiesz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Battal Cüneyt Oksu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Józef Mlynarczyk made a huge save. Özalp Durkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Józef Mlynarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Battal Cüneyt Oksu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Józef Mlynarczyk. That made the score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. Battal Cüneyt Oksu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Bernard Lemiesz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Ferfecki charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julian Ferfecki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Valar morghulis booed when Baboszewo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Ferfecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Battal Cüneyt Oksu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Józef Mlynarczyk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Józef Mlynarczyk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdulvahit Sağlam's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Baboszewo's goal looked a bit too open when Battal Cüneyt Oksu came free, but Józef Mlynarczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Battal Cüneyt Oksu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Valar morghulis's Battal Cüneyt Oksu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Józef Mlynarczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Hıncal Cebir fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valar morghulis's protests and gave Hıncal Cebir a yellow card for diving instead. If Norbert Harbaszewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
