With an all-out effort, Chacaboke Juniors's Zygmunt Koprowski threw himself towards the right post 4 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Esteban Maxin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A sloppy throw-in by Herminio Beti in the 7th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by S.E.R Corujão's Caetano Velasco. S.E.R Corujão's Roberto Astudillo got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Remiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Astudillo went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Roberto Astudillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Remiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roberto Astudillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Zygmunt Koprowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esteban Maxin, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute Chacaboke Juniors were awarded a corner. Antonio Joseph went to the cornerflag to take it. With his leg Zygmunt Koprowski managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when Chacaboke Juniors's Claudio Maties fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 31st match minute, S.E.R Corujão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo da Costa to maneuver through the defense. Alex Remiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Alex Remiro came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by S.E.R Corujão's Roberto Astudillo. But to his dismay, Roberto Astudillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Esteban Maxin made a kick off. Zygmunt Koprowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Maties in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the game, Caetano Velasco threw the ball into play from the sideline. Chacaboke Juniors's Herminio Beti quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 53rd minute Roberto Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Remiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herminio Beti made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by S.E.R Corujão's Caetano Velasco. Son Wind made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by S.E.R Corujão's Diogo da Costa. 60 minutes into the game, Roberto Astudillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alex Remiro. Roberto Astudillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Roberto Astudillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chacaboke Juniors's Herminio Beti managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Caetano Velasco in the 76 minute of the game. After 79 played minutes Chacaboke Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Burak Krawczyk. 86 minutes into the match, S.E.R Corujão's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Maxin came free, but Zygmunt Koprowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burak Krawczyk might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zygmunt Koprowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Burak Krawczyk ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burak Krawczyk in the 88th minute of play forced S.E.R Corujão's goalkeeper Zygmunt Koprowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of S.E.R Corujão booed when Chacaboke Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Beti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, S.E.R Corujão's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Krawczyk came free, but Zygmunt Koprowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The S.E.R Corujão supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing S.E.R Corujão would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
