In the 4th match minute, Fcion C.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Panfilo to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Nicolas Blanco broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sérgio Goycochea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Cordearo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Goycochea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Dei in the 9th minute of the match. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Sérgio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Cordearo in the 12th minute of play. Sérgio Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Cordearo in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Ignacio Guillelme had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio Goycochea. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Guillelme was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 23rd minute Carlos Cordearo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Goycochea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Cordearo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 26 played minutes ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ got a freekick which was hit by Matias Shepherd. After 32 minutes of play, Fcion C.A.'s Ignacio Guillelme made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sérgio Goycochea was left in no man's land by his defense there! ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Sérgio Goycochea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Guillelme in the 39th minute of play. In the 43rd minute Carlos Cordearo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Goycochea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Matias Shepherd hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Dei in the 45th minute of play forced ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goalkeeper Sérgio Goycochea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Fcion C.A. were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Edgard Cordarrol made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Sérgio Goycochea got control of the ball when Ignacio Guillelme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pastor Dei received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sérgio Goycochea came out and tried to block the shot, but Pastor Dei slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 55th minute. In the 59th match minute, Fcion C.A. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Lugo to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute of the match Nicolas Blanco shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Judas Zarate showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ were furious when Emanuel Eleazar was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Emanuel Eleazar hit a great ball. Ignacio Guillelme's shot from long distance in the 64th minute was not bad at all, but ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Sérgio Goycochea knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Judas Zarate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Cordarrol in the 67th minute of play. Sérgio Goycochea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ignacio Guillelme went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Marcial Panfilo charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcial Panfilo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ booed when Fcion C.A. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Panfilo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Angelino Montrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Cordearo came free, but Sérgio Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sérgio Goycochea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Cordearo in the 87th minute of play. ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆'s Sérgio Goycochea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆ from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Fcion C.A.'s zone, Matias Shepherd stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Judas Zarate came out of the goal and Matias Shepherd tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Fcion C.A. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ☆☆El Gordo Team☆☆.
