Waldir Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Nedim Vefai in the 5th minute of play. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's attentive Fahl Gattuso managed to snatch the ball when Önder Atay made a throw-in in the 9th minute of the game. After some careless play in the ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ defense, Murathan İmdat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waldir Araújo. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waldir Araújo should have stopped the shot. ALTINORDU's Ahmet Nedim Vefai got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jefferson Otto got free with Erik Beckeman in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute, Jefferson Otto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Waldir Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Nedim Vefai in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jefferson Otto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erik Beckeman was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in ALTINORDU's zone, Jefferson Otto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erik Beckeman came out of the goal and Jefferson Otto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ALTINORDU's Erik Beckeman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save ALTINORDU from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Jefferson Otto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erik Beckeman. That made the score 1-1 in the 45 minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Çelebi Katib made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ALTINORDU's goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Otto came free, but Erik Beckeman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Otto in the 56th minute of play forced ALTINORDU's goalkeeper Erik Beckeman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando de Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ALTINORDU's Çelebi Katib got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 72nd minute ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ were awarded a corner. Válbson Miranda went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Orlando de Brito at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of ALTINORDU. 2-1. The supporters of ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ booed when ALTINORDU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selami Müfit didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Beckeman came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Jefferson Otto. But to his dismay, Jefferson Otto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After having played for 86 minutes, Ahmet Nedim Vefai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ALTINORDU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Nedim Vefai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Selami Müfit fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALTINORDU's protests and gave Selami Müfit a yellow card for diving instead. Selami Müfit kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Anderson Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A sloppy throw-in by Selami Müfit in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's Fahl Gattuso. Erik Beckeman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jefferson Otto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the ALTINORDU players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ.
