FC Silesia Bohumín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jiří Šír was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Josef Zezulka hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 26th match minute, FC Silesia Bohumín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Zezulka to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the FC Silesia Bohumín defense, Matías Suárez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jiří Půček. The FC Silesia Bohumín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jiří Půček should have stopped the shot. Matías Suárez had several of the FC Silesia Bohumín's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jiří Půček was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Bengi Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiří Šír in the 55th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Silesia Bohumín defense, Matías Suárez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jiří Půček. The FC Silesia Bohumín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jiří Půček should have stopped the shot. After 60 minutes of play, Deportivo G⦕⩙⦖'s Matías Suárez made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jiří Půček was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Silesia Bohumín's Simon Vaverka shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bengi Price but with some difficulty. Jiří Šír received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Bengi Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bengi Price made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Jedlička in the 84th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Matías Suárez notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of FC Silesia Bohumín's Jiří Půček. Jiří Půček was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Alexander Čepička had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
