Silvano Rudolfo started the match with the kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Zhu Bin Kun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C. A. Atlanta's Tony Guimarães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Atilano Urtats lost his temper 7 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Deportivo Mandiyu made a substitution. Eliseo Bilintx replaced Enzo Bermudo. Eulalio Bastian came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Atlanta's Hipolito Frasquito. But to his dismay, Hipolito Frasquito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Guillermo Nesto got a throw-in 20 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Urbano Benvido. The supporters of Deportivo Mandiyu booed when C. A. Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Nesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zhu Bin Kun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Guimarães having to interfere. Zhu Bin Kun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tony Guimarães came out and tried to block the shot, but Zhu Bin Kun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 33rd minute. Bonifacio Mikelar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tony Guimarães tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Zhu Bin Kun notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of C. A. Atlanta's Tony Guimarães. Tony Guimarães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zhu Bin Kun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tony Guimarães read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zhu Bin Kun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zhu Bin Kun scored 3-1 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tony Guimarães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 54th minute Zhu Bin Kun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zhu Bin Kun in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Guimarães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 57 minutes into the match, C. A. Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Zhu Bin Kun came free, but Tony Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ðura Snob took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tony Guimarães. C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zhu Bin Kun in the 66th minute of play forced C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tony Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zhu Bin Kun, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 71st minute Zhu Bin Kun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Atlanta's zone, Zhu Bin Kun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Guimarães came out of the goal and Zhu Bin Kun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Frasquito got free with Eulalio Bastian in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Silverio Eutropio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pipis Vattimos in the 93rd minute of play forced C. A. Atlanta's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C. A. Atlanta's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Deportivo Mandiyu had won, even though C. A. Atlanta had held more of the ball.
