Sunkens Surtröjor's Torsten Ljungberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Ödman in the 2nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Ödman in the 8th minute of play forced Sunkens Surtröjor's goalkeeper Torsten Ljungberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torsten Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Fransson in the 11th minute of the match. In the 17thth minute of the game Sten Enström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but United 11 FC's Östen Carlsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Sunkens Surtröjor's Sten Enström in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye United 11 FC's goalie prevented a goal. Östen Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Bolin in the 19th minute of the match. Torsten Ljungberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Ödman, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute Sten Enström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Östen Carlsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, United 11 FC's Evert Ödman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torsten Ljungberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Sten Enström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Östen Carlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to United 11 FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Allan Rang hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, André Offendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Evert Ödman fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored United 11 FC's protests and gave Evert Ödman a yellow card for diving instead. Evert Ödman hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evert Ödman to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Kristoffer Kihlberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Torsten Ljungberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 56 minutes into the match, Evert Ödman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torsten Ljungberg. Sunkens Surtröjor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Evert Ödman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martin Bolin got free with Östen Carlsson in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Torsten Ljungberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Ödman in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of Sunkens Surtröjor booed when United 11 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Kihlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Bolin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Torsten Ljungberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Ödman in the 66th minute of play. Martin Bolin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Östen Carlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sten Enström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Östen Carlsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Kristoffer Kihlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kristoffer Kihlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to United 11 FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Robert Kjellman hit a great ball. The long shot by André Offendahl in the 80th minute really tested Östen Carlsson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Sten Enström charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Enström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sunkens Surtröjor's Sten Enström got a free kick in the 84th minute. The supporters of Sunkens Surtröjor booed when United 11 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristoffer Kihlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 played minutes Sunkens Surtröjor got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Holmberg. When United 11 FC's Evert Ödman in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some careless play in the Sunkens Surtröjor defense, Eric Fransson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Torsten Ljungberg. The Sunkens Surtröjor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Torsten Ljungberg should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. United 11 FC had won after a very even match.
