In the 25th minute Luís Fábio Cunha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renatinho Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Renatinho Bastos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Fábio Cunha's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 29th minute Chelmza Team were awarded a corner. Samuel Pottsepp went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fábio Cunha in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renatinho Bastos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Chelmza Team's Luís Fábio Cunha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Renatinho Bastos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half Chelmza Team were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Luís Fábio Cunha made the kick off in the second half. Grzegorz Karpiak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Fábio Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Renatinho Bastos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Fábio Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Renatinho Bastos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético São Sebastião's goalkeeper Renatinho Bastos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the Atlético São Sebastião defense, Luís Fábio Cunha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Renatinho Bastos. The Atlético São Sebastião fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Renatinho Bastos should have stopped the shot. 84 minutes into the match, Karol Antoszewski notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Atlético São Sebastião's Renatinho Bastos. Renatinho Bastos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Samuel Pottsepp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renatinho Bastos having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, Atlético São Sebastião was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedito Donato to maneuver through the defense. After 90 minutes of play, Chelmza Team's Karol Antoszewski made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Renatinho Bastos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 96 minutes into the game, Karol Antoszewski lined in a short shot 0-9 behind a frustrated Renatinho Bastos. Chelmza Team's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
