In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Limburg United's goalkeeper Julius Vanneste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeoffrey Beetenss short, quick shot in the 16thth minute got César Bertrand to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ricard Vache might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julius Vanneste. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricard Vache ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Limburg United's Kieth De Hond got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ceandro Zuazagoitia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julius Vanneste. Limburg United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jeoffrey Beetens came free, but César Bertrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Ornitorrincos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ricard Vache. Julius Vanneste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricard Vache's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ricard Vache managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ricard Vache was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julius Vanneste breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd match minute, Ornitorrincos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amadeo Arens to maneuver through the defense. César Bertrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeoffrey Beetens in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Ornitorrincos F.C.'s Ricard Vache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julius Vanneste narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 36 minutes Limburg United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ceandro Zuazagoitia who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Ceandro Zuazagoitia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julius Vanneste quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricard Vache in the 38th minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Julius Vanneste to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Limburg United getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Jeoffrey Beetens hit a great ball. When Ricard Vache came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Ornitorrincos F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricard Vache couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 55thth minute of the game Ricard Vache who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limburg United's Julius Vanneste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jason Jonckers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but César Bertrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. In the 63rdth minute of the game Jeoffrey Beetens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. César Bertrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jason Jonckers, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 72nd minute Jason Jonckers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Bertrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miren Panussi hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the game, Valentín Bello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ornitorrincos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limburg United the free kick. The supporters of Limburg United booed when Ornitorrincos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentín Bello didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Jeoffrey Beetens notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ornitorrincos F.C.'s César Bertrand. César Bertrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Henri-Xavier Van Der Talen kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Ricard Vache kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Kieth De Hond got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Limburg United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
