Clemente Nikola was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Punk Fiction getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Romulo Urbasa hit a great ball. In the 21st minute of the match Saturnino Riera sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Nikola skillfully saved the ball. Nelson Tapia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Lizar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Efraín Ruiz Tagle managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartans FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Efraín Ruiz Tagle was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clemente Nikola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Kusko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Spartans FC's Nelson Tapia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Kusko in the 44th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Pablo Kusko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Punk Fiction's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Kusko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nelson Tapia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Spartans FC's Nop Ašais got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Spartans FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After 51 played minutes Punk Fiction got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Benitez. The supporters of Spartans FC booed when Punk Fiction was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Urbasa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th match minute, Punk Fiction was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Benitez to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Daniel Barba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Pablo Kusko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Nikola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efraín Ruiz Tagle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clemente Nikola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Barba in the 76th minute of play. The throw-in from Jose Ramon Pinuer in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Punk Fiction's Omar Lizar. Nelson Tapia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pablo Kusko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Punk Fiction's Clemente Nikola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efraín Ruiz Tagle in the 90th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Spartans FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
