In the 3rd minute, Plamen Fandúkov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Walmyr Alagoano. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 12th minute Betão Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bozhin Pantov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Fluminense DF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. Walmyr Alagoano was a little too slow when Gavril Tudzharov got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. FC Grivata's Bozhin Pantov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guto Vinhas in the 33rd minute of play. Walmyr Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Plamen Fandúkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Bozhin Pantov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betão Carvalho in the 38th minute of the match. Adriano Ramos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Biser Iskrenov made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Fausto Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fluminense DF's Walmyr Alagoano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biser Iskrenov in the 56th minute of play. Guto Vinhas's late challenge caught a FC Grivata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guto Vinhas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Grivata booed when Fluminense DF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guto Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Biser Iskrenov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dudu Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Milyo Matrov sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fluminense DF's Walmyr Alagoano didn't even have to move. Walmyr Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Plamen Fandúkov in the 85th minute of the match. Dudu Aguiar hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. FC Grivata's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
