Nenko Kyurchev scored 0-2 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dexter Bradshaw, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rogelio Stokes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hristo Karakolev firmly grabbed it by the left post. Velyo Radoykov struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Dexter Bradshaw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CSKA Dobravi. Carter Stringer's late challenge caught a CSKA Dobravi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carter Stringer helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CSKA Dobravi booed when Club Atlético Lanús was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Stringer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Velyo Radoykov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dexter Bradshaw having to make a save. CSKA Dobravi's Hristo Karakolev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save CSKA Dobravi from getting a goal against them. Velyo Radoykov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dexter Bradshaw tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nenko Kyurchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dexter Bradshaw came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by CSKA Dobravi's Velyo Radoykov. But to his dismay, Velyo Radoykov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Dexter Bradshaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velyo Radoykov in the 30th minute of the match. CSKA Dobravi's Hristo Karakolev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carter Stringer in the 33rd minute of play. After 35 played minutes Club Atlético Lanús got a freekick which was hit by Edgard Regan. Mincho Krivoshiev hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Hristo Karakolev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carter Stringer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nenko Kyurchev in the 45th minute of play forced Club Atlético Lanús's goalkeeper Dexter Bradshaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Vincent Daigneault's late challenge caught a CSKA Dobravi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Edgard Regan fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Lanús's protests and gave Edgard Regan a yellow card for diving instead. Edgard Regan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Hristo Karakolev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carter Stringer in the 75th minute of the match. Carter Stringer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th match minute, CSKA Dobravi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nacho Neminski to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Borislav Hristakiev in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Club Atlético Lanús's Geoffrey Bédard. Nenko Kyurchev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Nenko Kyurchev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Velyo Radoykov got free with Dexter Bradshaw in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hristo Karakolev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Regan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over CSKA Dobravi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Club Atlético Lanús throughout the match.
