In the 3rd minute, Erasmo Ferdinand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Franko Glamočanin came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Lipovljani fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Franko Glamočanin couldn't finish the play. Sanjin Vusak charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sanjin Vusak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 4 minutes into the game, one of Lipovljani:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 9 minutes into the match, Lipovljani's goalkeeper Lino Crnogaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Efrain Evis. When Mišo Bandić fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lipovljani's protests and gave Mišo Bandić a yellow card for diving instead. Mišo Bandić hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Efrain Evis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 22nd playminute. Lipovljani's Lino Crnogaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Sarracino in the 24th minute of play. Lino Crnogaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Manerov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Marcelo Orti charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Orti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lipovljani booed when Deportivo Gamberro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelo Orti didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Viktor Džidžić sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Maximino Ieltxu skillfully saved the ball. Lipovljani's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tony Manerov 40 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. Rene Stjepović charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rene Stjepović the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lipovljani getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Rene Stjepović hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Lino Crnogaj came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Gamberro's Efrain Evis. But to his dismay, Efrain Evis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Efrain Evis struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Lino Crnogaj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Gamberro. In the 63rd match minute, Lipovljani was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernest Karačić to maneuver through the defense. The Lipovljani fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Lipovljani's Franko Glamočanin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the game, Efrain Evis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Lino Crnogaj was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th minute, Rene Stjepović hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Nicasio Cordaro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lino Crnogaj was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. In the 81st minute, Franko Glamočanin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Crnogaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Cordaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 84th minute, Silvio Batinić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laureano Harri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efrain Evis kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Venancio Sarracino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Crnogaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
