Aquiles Pavieta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Laerte da Mata when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 6 played minutes Mala FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurinho Jacinto. Angelo Meruelo struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Laerte da Mata didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CD Municipal. Laerte da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafo Besosa in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, CD Municipal's Xan Revillas made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laerte da Mata was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Mala FC's Laerte da Mata got control of the ball when Aquiles Pavieta tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Mala FC booed when CD Municipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Pavieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, CD Municipal's Laerte da Mata threw himself towards the right post 17 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Serafo Besosa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 18 minutes, Xan Revillas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CD Municipal and the Mala FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Xan Revillas hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xan Revillas in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laerte da Mata saved Mala FC from getting behind. 26 minutes into the game, Xan Revillas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laerte da Mata. Xan Revillas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafo Besosa in the 29th minute of play forced Mala FC's goalkeeper Laerte da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Mala FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Meruelo came free, but Laerte da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serafo Besosa during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Mala FC booed when CD Municipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafo Besosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marko Orellan fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CD Municipal's protests and gave Marko Orellan a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Mala FC booed when CD Municipal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marko Orellan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Valdo Galdamiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte da Mata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laerte da Mata made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xan Revillas in the 43rd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Laerte da Mata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Pavieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xan Revillas was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 55th match minute, CD Municipal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xan Revillas to maneuver through the defense. Mala FC's Laerte da Mata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafo Besosa in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Pavieta in the 61st minute of play forced Mala FC's goalkeeper Laerte da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laerte da Mata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafo Besosa in the 67th minute of play. Laerte da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Pavieta, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Municipal's goalkeeper Silvino Oña, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CD Municipal's Silvino Oña proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save CD Municipal from getting a goal against them. Laerte da Mata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafo Besosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th match minute, Mala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joélson Terra to maneuver through the defense. Laerte da Mata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Pavieta in the 87th minute of the match. In the 89th minute, Serafo Besosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Municipal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CD Municipal had played much better football throughout.
