Deportivo Tachito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gervasio Menendo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Frisco in the 21st minute of play forced 【E ➣VERON 11's goalkeeper Marcelino Abalos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Edgardo Pirmin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Izel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Deportivo Tachito getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dionisio Odon hit a great ball. Penalty! 【E ➣VERON 11:s Marcelino Abalos showed great skill when he stopped Timoteo Frisco:s penalty. 45 minutes into the match, Deportivo Tachito's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Nerio came free, but Marcelino Izel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Bazil to strike the kick off in the second half. If Gervasio Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute Jimeno Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
