In the 6th match minute, Deportivo David Mardel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Quintan to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Give Peace a Chance's Konstantin Hirte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Osoitz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 9th minute Frido Stumpf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Constancio lost his temper 21 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 20th minute, one of Deportivo David Mardel:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Deportivo David Mardel. In the 26th minute, Frederik Base reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jorge Osoitz. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 30th minute, Lino Quintan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Osoitz made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Frido Stumpf sent off a good shot on target. Frido Stumpf's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Jorge Osoitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Deportivo David Mardel's Jorge Osoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frido Stumpf in the 34th minute of play. Jorge Osoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstantin Hirte in the 37th minute of the match. Deportivo David Mardel's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Frido Stumpf scored to the left of an out of position Jorge Osoitz, making the score, 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frido Stumpf made a kick off. Lino Quintan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Mirco Redepenning skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Frido Stumpf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Jorge Osoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Deportivo David Mardel's goal looked a bit too open when Frido Stumpf came free, but Jorge Osoitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leslie Knuth in the 63rd minute of play. In the 68th minute Frido Stumpf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Konstantin Hirte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Osoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Give Peace a Chance made a substitution. Ignaz Rennert replaced Ruprecht Czylwick. In the 76th match minute, Give Peace a Chance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frido Stumpf to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute Konstantin Hirte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Osoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Deportivo David Mardel's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frido Stumpf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Give Peace a Chance's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
