Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Gwarek Zabrze's Radomir Brytka started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edvin Eriksson during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hogans Heroes! Remigiusz Czerner kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Brytka in the 15th minute of play forced Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Kenny Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Hogans Heroes defense, Remigiusz Czerner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenny Carlsson. The Hogans Heroes fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenny Carlsson should have stopped the shot. Hogans Heroes's Kenny Carlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Brytka in the 21st minute of play. A collision led to Gwarek Zabrze getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Radomil Kaszubowski hit a great ball. Remigiusz Czerner made a great header on Gwarek Zabrze's corner, it was just that Hogans Heroes's Kenny Carlsson managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 37th play minute Olof Hammarbäck came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Wincent Kisielka. 1-3. Sune Fredriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Gwarek Zabrze were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sune Fredriksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Hogans Heroes's Sune Fredriksson in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gwarek Zabrze's goalie prevented a goal. Rudolf Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kenny Carlsson made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Remigiusz Czerner sent off a good shot on target. 59 minutes into the game, Radomil Kaszubowski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gwarek Zabrze's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hogans Heroes the free kick. In the 60th match minute, Gwarek Zabrze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomil Kaszubowski to maneuver through the defense. Wincent Kisielka came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Hogans Heroes's Sune Fredriksson. But to his dismay, Sune Fredriksson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. In the 68th minute, Rudolf Tomasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kenny Carlsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Konrad Zbydniewski in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute, Gwarek Zabrze's Konrad Zbydniewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomir Brytka in the 74th minute of play forced Hogans Heroes's goalkeeper Kenny Carlsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes, Olof Hammarbäck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hogans Heroes and the Gwarek Zabrze players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Radomir Brytka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konrad Zbydniewski struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Kenny Carlsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gwarek Zabrze. Radomir Brytka kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Mariusz Kicia kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Sune Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wincent Kisielka having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Gwarek Zabrze's Kryspin Pinczewski got a free kick in the 87th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gwarek Zabrze's zone, Sune Fredriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wincent Kisielka came out of the goal and Sune Fredriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kenny Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomir Brytka in the 94th minute of the match. Rudolf Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gwarek Zabrze's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
